Simon O'Donnell

Played Aussie Rules and Cricket upon finishing school.

Debuted for the Australian Cricket team in 1985.

Played many International One Day games, including the 1987 World Cup in India.

Was a commentator for cricket and horse racing for Channel Nine.

Ron O'Donnell OAM

Sacred Heart College Adelaide 1938-1939.

Had a fourteen year career of Road and Track Cycling.

Has served as Manager, Manager-Coach, Technical Officer at five Commonwealth Games, four Olympic Games and other events and competitions.

Has served as State and National Delegate to numerous conferences.

Awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1980 for services to cycling.

Matthew O'Connor

Marist College Canberra 1980-1988.

Selected to and captained the Australian Schoolboys Rugby Union Side in 1988.

Made one test appearance for Australia in 1994.

Switched to Rugby League and played for numerous teams overseas.

Has coached numerous Rugby Union sides, leading Leicester and Leinster to Premiership wins in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

Pat Nilan OAM

St Benedict’s Broadway 1951-1955.

Selected to the Australian Hockey team in 1964, winning a Bronze Medal.

Won Silver Medals at the 1969 and 1972 Olympics.

Named the NSW Catholic Sportsman of the Year in 1966.

Awarded Medal of the Order of Australia in 1981 for services to the sport.
